This category honors the nation’s largest construction management (as agent) and program/project management firms for nonresidential buildings and multifamily housing work. Poettker’s 29th ranking is a staggering 57 places better than its No. 86 ranking of 2023.

On , ¾¨Ó㴫ý earned the No. 53 spot with $48 million in annual revenue. Poettker’s notable 2024 K-12 school projects include the six-year bond program with Parkway North High School, , and 104,200 SF Columbia High School.
No. 73 University Building Construction Firm
¾¨Ó㴫ý achieved the No. 73 spot on for 2024. The list ranks the nation’s largest university sector contractors and construction management firms. In 2024, Poettker provided design-build services for SIUE’s $105 million Health Science Building, served as the General Contractor on the 25,000 SF USDA-ARS Plant Genetics Research Unit Office & Laboratory, and delivered Construction Management services for Kaskaskia College’s new 1,400-seat gymnasium.
No. 119 Top Healthcare Facility Construction Firm
At 119, ¾¨Ó㴫ý earned a spot on in the country. Poettker was recently awarded the contract for the Alton Mental Health Center’s Willow Building Renovation, and the company completed work on the 26,000 SF, two-story Memorial Hospital Medical Office Building in Chester, IL earlier this year.
