㴫ý is one of the best general contracting companies I have had the pleasure to work with. Poettker was under budget on the project and kept change orders to a minimum.
Due to the complexity of the project, safety was paramount for the protection of the students. This was a fully occupied building while we were in construction. In addition, Poettker had mast climbers on both towers requiring the contractor to build covered walkways around the towers. Their overall safety program and coordination was excellent.
