As Construction Manager, ¾¨Ó㴫ý built two new fire station houses for North County Fire & Rescue. The new Engine Houses were strategically relocated to help improve the district’s rapid emergency response times. Both the 9,875 SF Engine House No. 1 and the 8,600 SF Engine House No. 2 will feature the following amenities:

  • Emergency generator
  • Gated employee parking
  • Patio with grills and flattop
  • Day room
  • Bunk rooms
  • Exercise room
  • Gear washroom and storage room with lockers
  • SCBA storage
  • Truck fills
  • Compressed air and water hose reels
  • Coffee bar

Self-performed fiber cement siding, doors and hardware, wood blocking, casework, and display cases

Structural concrete masonry units (CMUs)

Generator backup connection to power critical components
