Our team partnered with Revela Senior Living to create a stellar senior living community in .Ìý is a new 91,263 SF community comprised of 60 assisted living and 32 memory care units.Ìý Amenities include:

To expedite construction, Poettker partnered with local trade contractors to prefabricate the wood framed structure. Individual wall panels were constructed off-site in weather-controlled space, then delivered to the site as they were needed, and immediately lifted and secured into place. This method offered the most cost-effective solution to continue construction during the wet months.

This premier development is an outstanding addition to the City of O’Fallon and helps fulfill the City’s master plan goal to ensure residents have optimal living options for all phases of their lives. Revela will anchor a new 26-acre mixed-use development featuring office, senior living, and residential land uses.
