¾¨Ó㴫ý Company served as the General Contractor for the Bousfield Residence Hall project in Champaign, Illinois.

The 180,000 SF, six-story dormitory with a basement, was constructed on a confined site located between Scott Hall and Hopkins Hall, two existing and operational dormitories. This new Residence Hall provides housing for a over 480 students and features:

  • rooms configured into four-bedroom suites and two-bedroom semi-suites, each with private bathrooms
  • large multi-purpose room
  • recreational room
  • staff apartments
  • floor lounges
  • public meeting spaces
  • offices for student services
  • other building support spaces

Poettker self-performed the structural concrete and foundation work which entailed the placement of 6,020 CY of concrete.
