The 24,400 SFÌýÌýaddition and renovation project consisted of five new operating rooms and one special purpose operating room. Additionally,Ìýour teamÌýrenovated the post-anesthetic care unit and several support spaces.

This project inherently contained several unique challenges. For example, the project required constructing a new addition on top of an existing ICU. Our team also needed to install and upgrade complex mechanical systems. Finally, we leveled out the existing roof to create a new floor.

This medical center addition and renovation required close communication with the VA, architect, and subcontractors. This ensured limited disturbances to hospital operations and patients.
