¾¨Ó㴫ý Company, along with its small business partner, was selected by the to construct a cold storage aircraft hangar at Whiteman AFB.

This project entailed the construction of an approximately 28,800 SF pre-engineered aircraft maintenance hangar addition to an existing 2,500 SF utility support building. The new hangar, with a 220-foot hangar door, provides consolidated multi-purpose space to support the maintenance, repair, and major overhaul of aircraft.

The hangar was constructed next to an active airfield, runway, and other occupied facilities, creating a very confined workspace around the new building. The project required an over-excavated subbase of 9 feet deep and installation of stabilized soil in 6 to 8-inch lifts. In addition, over 60,000 SF of airfield paving was placed during the construction of this facility.
